Hope Anchor, Nurturing Growth, Empowering Futures.
Disability support that actually shows up, for you, your family, and your future.
- The Hope Anchor Way -
Our Motive
We started Hope Anchor Care because we’ve seen first hand how much of a difference the right support can make and how devastating it is when that support falls short. Having worked in the industry for multiple years, we’ve witnessed people being left with workers who were disengaged, inexperienced, and simply just showing up physically. That wasn’t good enough for us. Every person deserves someone who genuinely cares about their growth, their happiness, and their future, and that belief is the foundation of everything Hope Anchor Care stands for. That’s the reason Hope Anchor Care exists because when you’ve seen the difference that genuine care makes, you can’t just stand by and do nothing.
Our Approach
At Hope Anchor Care, everything we do starts with the individual. We’re not just another provider, we genuinely care about the people we support and the families behind them. Every support worker on our team is experienced, compliant, and most importantly, someone who truly wants to make a difference. We don’t just place anyone, we take the time to find the right match, because we know a support worker becomes a consistent and meaningful presence in someone’s life.
Consistency is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s supporting someone with autism who thrives on routine, or simply being a reliable face that someone can count on, we show up, every time. We set real goals with our participants, whether that’s building independence, picking up a new skill, staying active, or simply feeling more confident in their day to day life. And because we know that a happy, supported family creates a better environment for the participant themselves, we make sure families feel heard, reassured, and part of the journey too.
At the end of the day, our success isn’t measured by checkboxes, it’s measured by the genuine growth, happiness, and independence of every single person we support.

Hi, I'm Glen! Years of working alongside people of all ages and abilities has taught me that good support isn't just about knowledge, it's about showing up with patience, consistency, and a genuine care for the person in front of you. From supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and complex behaviours to walking alongside older individuals on their own journeys, my focus has always been the same, building real trust and real connections. That's what Hope Anchor Care is built on, and it's what drives everything we do.

Hi, I'm Hansel! As Co-Founder of Hope Anchor Care, with a background in psychology and years of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of working closely with people across a range of needs, including ASD, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and much more. My journey into psychology was never just about academics, it grew from a genuine curiosity about mental health and a deep desire to show up as the most informed and empathetic person I could be. I've always believed that the more you understand, the better you can truly serve. What moves me most is seeing people grow, gain confidence, and embrace life in ways they never thought possible; those are the moments that remind me why Hope Anchor Care exists. My goal is simple: to provide the best possible support while helping families and communities become more educated and aware about disability, because everyone deserves to be truly understood.
My background in psychology runs deeper than just qualifications, it comes from a genuine passion for understanding people and a commitment to showing up as the most informed and caring person I can be. Having worked with individuals across a range of needs, including ASD and Prader-Willi Syndrome, I’ve learned that meaningful support starts with truly getting to know the person in front of you. My goal has always been the same - to help people feel understood, grow in confidence, and live life on their own terms.
